Requirements to use this program: A handheld with Palm OS and the Basic program for Palm
(also from PalmGear).
If you want to practice, you need also alcohol, where you find also information
how to calculate the blood alcohol.
This program was developed by me after a discussion how much alochol in percentage is in the blood after consuming a bottle of whiskey.
The solution is not so simple as to divide alcohol contect by blood volume. You need the fluid content, the alcohol percentage, your sex, weight, height and age.
As a result here is a very fast and small Basic program for the Cbas Pad/HotPaw Basic
for Palm OS. Each user of this Basic program knows that you must copy the enclosed source code into a memo page and then copy or read into Basic after a hotsync.
The use of the program is very simple. The program asks after start the values as mentioned above.
Then it shows the consumed alcohol in gram and the blood content after two formulae. The program tell you also the time for being alcohol free and having 0.5 promille.
Because the last two values are very different for two methods, I show only the mean value.
